Client Experience Coordinator

The Client Experience Coordinator position is responsible for fully supporting our sales team in the daily servicing of client accounts, orders, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Create, process, and track orders.
  • Monitor and update order statu.s
  • Monitor and update shipment logs/notifications
  • Communicate with vendors and clients on order status
  • Work with the Accounting department to ensure orders are invoiced correctly
  • Monitor Dashboard Reports
  • Process RMA’s for client returns
  • Ensure Salesforce data entry is accurate
  • Open communication with the warehouse department to ensure that the shipment meets the client’s expected delivery date
  • Coordinate equipment programming with the Professional Services team
  • Verify product availability and cost via vendor portals
  • Creates and maintains client reports

Required Experience

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Very detail-oriented; focused on ensuring accurate data entry
  • Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple projects at once
  • Ability to build productive business relationships
  • Team Player
  • Associate / Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years’ experience within the field
  • Full-time Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, once onboarding is completed, Hybrid schedule of two days remote, three days in office
