Executive Assistant

Are you an energetic self-starter who takes pride in seeing projects and tasks through to completion? Do you have experience with a wide array of responsibilities, including, but not limited to, calendar/appointment management, meeting planning, planning and booking travel, and creating expense reports?

We seek an experienced executive sales assistant to take full ownership of many tasks for our Vice President of Sales and Director of National Accounts. Expectations include a full-time, Monday- Friday office presence. The right person will offer creative solutions and results in a timely and proactive manner, possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, and be unconditionally professional and discreet day in and day out. The ideal candidate is flexible due to the business’s ever-changing needs and willing to go the extra mile without being asked

Responsibilities

  • Advanced computer skills and experience in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and iPhone applications. Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Book travel and accommodation (planning and supporting).
  • Proactive in finding solutions (confident in your ability to solve on your own),
  • Very well organized.
  • Report generation through Salesforce.
  • Flawless etiquette and communication skills, written and oral.
  • Answer phone calls and take messages.
  • Read and analyze incoming emails and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution or add them to your task list to be completed.
  • Submit all expense reports.
  • Managed Vice President of Sales calendars, meetings, and events.
  • Coordinate with the Vice President of Sales after phone calls or meetings to review any tasks or meetings that must be completed and scheduled.
  • Open communication with all other departments as needed.

Required Experience
