Chief Process Officer
Leslie Campbell, Chief Process Officer at Strategic Mobility Group (SMG3), arrived in the AIDC industry with a strong, diverse background. Becoming a licensed realtor and working her way through college, Leslie graduated with her bachelor’s degree in managerial communications from Elmhurst College, and she later acquired her master’s degree from National Louis University in written communications.
Bringing her 15 years of combined expertise in real estate, marketing, and training, Leslie started working as a consultant with SMG3 in May of 2014, and she became an official employee the following February. Since then, Leslie has successfully integrated Salesforce, Pardot, and FinancialForce.
At SMG3, Leslie is always looking for ways to improve systems and be more efficient in day-to-day operations, ultimately saving employees time in their jobs and providing for a better client experience. In efforts to contribute to employees’ personal and career growth, Leslie developed SMG3 University (SMG3 U), which is dedicated to building a diverse training platform and program for all employees. Trainings take place in both classroom and E-learning formats and are based on Salesforce, Pardot, the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, grammar, writing, and other areas.
Currently a Certified Salesforce Administrator, Leslie is working toward completing additional Salesforce certifications.
