After becoming a successful player in the IT and mobile solutions industry, in 2011, Nancy co-founded Strategic Mobility Group (SMG3) to focus on custom mobile solutions for small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. Since then, SMG3 has garnered numerous awards for its cutting-edge technology solutions, implementations, and outstanding customer service.

Nancy’s corporate successes are evident and well-recognized, but the culture she has fostered brings her the most pride. Nancy has boldly run her own business for 24 of her 33 years in IT. Among her innumerable accolades, she has been a four-time recipient of The Channel Company’s prestigious Women of the Channel List award. In her spare time, Nancy frequently travels with her family and reads (mostly history-related accounts) voraciously.

Nico Genet is the director of national accounts for Strategic Mobility Group (SMG3). As
a wireless and data collection specialist and leading barcoding, warehousing, and
logistics expert, Nico is a proven positive force in mobile technology.

Nico’s extensive product knowledge, persistent accountability, and consistently
delivered results placed him among the elite industry sales representatives. In 2002,
Nico founded GeNet Solutions to provide highly effective mobility products and
solutions to the manufacturer and supply chain workspaces and fill the industry-wide
hospitality gap. Nico’s successes and bright persona allowed him to form SMG3 in 2011
and become a front-edge mobile hardware, software, service, and professional support
provider.

Being a proper wireless mobility and automation consultant, Nico understands the
importance of unwavering support. His hands-on customer care, detail engagement,
and perpetually attached Bluetooth earpiece are true market differentiators that open
the door for innovation and efficiency.

Nico has been at the forefront of mobility solutions for over 30 years. After his
distinguished service in the United States Navy and at San Diego State University, Nico
has thrived on understanding clients to create a promising customer experience. In his
downtime with his phone on his hip, Nico travels with his family, rides his snowmobiles,
and shows admiration for Ford trucks.

Eric Holmes is the vice president of sales at Strategic Mobility Group (SMG3). Eric’s innate
understanding of mobile solutions, technology integration, data security, and customer
satisfaction reflects his dedication to quality and individualized service.

As a mobility expert in the Auto Identification/Data Collection (AIDC) field, Eric understands
industry challenges for technology integration, upgrades, and security. In 2011, Eric co-founded
SMG3 to design and implement award-winning custom mobile solutions for small businesses to
Fortune 500 companies.

Eric’s industry prowess extends beyond corporations into the healthcare space. He has proudly
overseen the successful implementation of numerous hospital-ready solutions and clinical
communication systems for healthcare enterprises. Under his care, wellness providers have
benefitted from SMG3Rx’s suite of professional services, evaluations, staging/kitting, training,
technical support, and custom device configurations.

Eric has been an industry stalwart for over 20 years. His zeal for customer satisfaction and
public wellness provides motivation and makes him incredibly proud. Beyond his noted industry
work, Eric is a competitive angler in an endless search for another trophy fish.

Maria DiNicola is the chief financial officer (CFO) for Strategic Mobility Group (SMG3).
Maria’s monetary insights, keen leadership, and grounded instincts form her
indistinguishable manner and enthusiasm for her craft.

Maria established her industry standing as an accounting manager by creating thriving
financial environments at numerous locations. In 2011, Maria joined SMG3 to oversee all
internal accounting-related projects and programs, assist clients with invoices and credit
issues, and oversee all budget processes. As SMG3’s current CFO, Maria has established
an industry-leading division centered around accuracy and integrity.

AS CFO, Maria’s devotions run deep within the organization. She actively mentors fiscal
personnel who have a hand in record maintenance, the audit/review processes, and
invoicing and logistics. Through this elevated level of participation, Maria embraces the
value of her standing.

Maria’s successes span 30+ years. With a bachelor’s degree in business administration
and an MBA from Roosevelt University, both with a concentration in accounting, her
accomplishments reflect her devotion and work ethic. For a non-numerical reset, Maria
decompresses with meditation, natural remedies, and blocking out the world with a
paperback novel.

Leslie Campbell is the chief process officer (CPO) for Strategic Mobility Group (SMG3).
Leslie’s strategic deliberation, corporate experience, creative resolutions, and desire for
growth frame her successful and available approach to business.

With a background in real estate, marketing, training, and consulting, Leslie’s diverse
experience sets her apart. After joining SMG3 in 2015, she successfully implemented
integrated marketing and financial technologies, including the company’s customer
relationship management (CRM) system, Salesforce. Leslie’s thoughtful exchanges,
infectious spontaneity, and creative energy inspire her team and promote positive client
interactions.

Leslie’s trade prominence correlates to her efficiency and growth initiatives. Her
successful employee training and client experience programs orbit around advancement
and positivity and echo her communicative abilities. Leslie also incorporates her
progress aspirations and jovial demeanor into SMG3’s philanthropic, Be The Good
projects, corporate meetings, and all company events.

Leslie has over 25 years of business and marketing experience, with 20 years in
Salesforce implementation, training, and consulting. Her credentials include a bachelor’s
degree in managerial communication, a master’s degree in written communications, a
graduate certificate in corporate written communications, and multiple Salesforce
certifications. During off hours, Leslie dedicates her time to her family, local theater,
softball leagues, and relaxing somewhere on the water.

Joe Colly is the vice president of wireless solutions for Strategic Mobility Group (SMG3).
Joe’s industry acumen, understated proficiency, creative insights, and sustained client
dedication have shaped his amicable approach and admirable reputation.

Joe’s industry capabilities are well established as an accomplished IT professional with a
deep understanding of information systems, deployment, administration, and support.
Upon joining SMG3, he led his department into a vast expansion and has continued its
growth through new offerings and revolutionary products. Joe’s perceptive product
advancement, professional service skills, and sociable character foster team
encouragement and continual client engagement.

Joe’s technical acumen and implementation success are a byproduct of his persistence
and involvement. He strives to create an ecosystem where all clients are met with
sincerity, positivity, and a productive outcome.

Joe has over twenty years of experience in the Auto Identification / Data Collection
(AIDC) industry. He previously served as a 2nd 75th Ranger out of Fort Lewis, Washington,
and earned a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in management information
systems from East Carolina University. Joe’s presence is never amiss, as he always
presents with hospitality, authenticity, and an affable personality.

Stacie Lamprecht is the executive director of human resources for Strategic Mobility
Group (SMG3). Stacie’s policy diligence, legal fluency, imaginative resourcing, and
intrinsic compassion foster her effectual guidelines and buoyant character.

Her firm background in human resource management has enabled Stacie to provide
with proper definition and structure for the organization. Since joining SMG3 in 2014,
she has managed recruitment and retention, employee safety, standards compliance,
and compensation and development. In addition, Stacie also implemented and actively
participated in SMG3’s comprehensive training and development programs.

Stacie’s field appreciation maintains her drive to attract, develop, and retain a diverse
workforce. Her inclusive programs have a constructive and optimistic impact on the
office experience. Stacie’s open and communicative approach proves her devotion to
employee fulfillment and cultural gratification.

Stacie has over 16 years of human resources and legal requirement expertise. Her true
