Sales Account Manager Healthcare

As a Healthcare Sales Account Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering impactful solutions to healthcare professionals and institutions. Responsibilities

    • Drive Sales Growth: Meet and exceed annual sales targets and consistently work to grow revenue year-over-year.
    • Understand Client Needs: Identify healthcare client challenges and recommend tailored solutions that reflect SMG3’s commitment to Customer Focus and Clarity.
    • Territory Strategy: Leverage knowledge of territory demographics to shape proactive, localized sales strategies.
    • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and key decision-makers—fostering Teamwork, Trust, and Integrity.
    • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to provide relevant, up-to-date guidance and demonstrate Continuous Improvement.
    • Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads with impactful presentations, solution-focused meetings, and educational workshops that reflect our values of Communication and Service Excellence.
    • CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate client records and update activities in Salesforce to ensure visibility and promote Operational Excellence.
    • Pipeline Oversight: Manage sales pipelines efficiently, ensuring consistent communication and follow-through with prospects.
    • Reporting: Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to leadership, demonstrating Accountability and attention to detail.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in healthcare or medical sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills aligned with our value of Clarity.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities; ability to work independently and travel frequently.
  • Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence decision-makers across healthcare environments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is strongly preferred.
  • A growth mindset and commitment to Continuous Improvement and learning.
